What is the role


We are seeking an analytical and influential individual to join the team as HR Analytics Manager. Reporting into the Director of HR Operations you will develop HR Analytics for the organisation enabling the business to benefit from people data driven decision making. You will provide data analysis into key project activity and provide insight into ways of working to ensure we deliver on our HR Strategy and create the best possible work place experience for everyone.

In this role you will;


Work with the Director of HR Operations and the Senior HR Director UK to develop a HR Analytics strategy for the cluster

Map the data currently available and its quality and devise a plan to build upon this moving forward

Develop a HR Analytics dashboard to analyse data and report key information back to the organisation

Drive people systems reporting development, maximising MI and analytics availability to enable employees and managers to self service

Provide data to support critical project activity for example, diversity and inclusion and freelancer on-boarding

Work with the wider HR Leadership team to maximise data integrity
Upskill team members to use key organisational data to inform evidence-based decisions.


What skills do you need


Previous experience in a People/HR Data Analytics role, ideally with experience of diversity and inclusion

Experience building People/HR Analytics best practice dashboards and associated data insights

A high level of technical/system acumen with the ability to execute data extraction, data mining and reporting from a variety of workforce systems

Experience of analysing People data alongside other relevant information to draw wider people insights both in and outside the organisation

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and trends using both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
