Where you submit a CV as part of a job application, please note that we will store your CV, or the content of your CV, for a maximum of 6 months before removing it from our database. You should not rely on our storing of any documents you submit, and should always keep a copy yourself.
Where you have provided us with the appropriate consents, or where the Act entitles us to do so, we may send you marketing emails about other jobs, or other products or services offered by any of our group companies. In addition, where you have provided us with the appropriate consents, we may also pass your Data to one or more selected third parties for marketing purposes.
However, be assured that we understand the irritations of unsolicited communications and we are fully committed to ensuring the rights and obligations set out in the Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 are respected.
4 Finding out what Data we hold on you
Under the Act you have the right to request a copy of the Data that we hold about you. There will be an administration fee of £10 associated with this request and it will require two pieces of identification to prove your identity. 5 How We Share Your Data with Third Parties

5.2 Disclosure to third party processors
We use a number of third party organisations to help provide our recruitment services to our customers including ICIMS and Online Perspectives. These organisations act as data processors and are strictly controlled in how they may/may not use your Data and we remain responsible for the protection of your Data.
5.3 Changes to our Company
In the event we go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Data may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Notice.

To unsubscribe from Job Alerts or other email distribution click on the relevant link in the communication in question (which can normally be found at the bottom of the communication).
Please note that:
- even if you delete Data from your user account, some of your Data may remain on our database (so we know not to send you further details or as we’re required to obtain to comply with our legal obligations) unless you contact us as above; and
- we are not responsible for updating or removing your Data contained in the lists or databases of third parties who have been provided with Data as permitted by this Notice.
